Our phase 2 project “Le 4224” is now open!

On October 14, 2022, the grand inauguration of our phase 2 project “Le 4224” took place. 6 new places in 2-year transitional housing are now occupied by 6 young people who have finished their stay at the shelter. These young people will be able to perfect the knowledge and skills acquired during their stay in accommodation and thus complete their integration process. This additional time will allow, we hope, a definitive exit from the cycle of wandering. In addition, new community premises will allow for workshops, activities and collective kitchens to ensure food security and break isolation. Once again, we would like to thank the Federal Government and the City of Montreal for this significant investment ($1.7 million as part of the National Housing Strategy) which will make a difference in the lives of the young people who will be able to benefit from it.
