Maison Tangente Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is made up of 9 people who meet a minimum of 6 times a year in addition to the Annual General Meeting. These members are all elected at the AGM with the exception of the employee representative who is elected by all workers for a term of one year. In 2025-2026 there have been 6 administrative Council meetings plus the annual general meeting.
The annual general meeting, held on June 19, 2026 took place in person and gathered 38 participants
