The Board of Directors is made up of 9 people who meet a minimum of 6 times a year in addition to the Annual General Meeting. These members are all elected at the AGM with the exception of the employee representative who is elected by all workers for a term of one year. In 2023-2024 there have been 8 administrative Council meetings (8 in video-conference and 1 in person) plus the annual general meeting, which was held in person on September 9, 2021 and brought 38 members together.
